- 胡蘿蔔150 g
- 雞蛋2 顆
- 核桃60 g
- 中筋麵粉150 g
- 小蘇打5 g
- 植物油130 ml
- 黑糖粉90 g
作法
烹調時間 50 分鐘
- 步驟一胡蘿蔔洗淨削皮打成碎末。
- 步驟二將雞蛋、黑糖粉混合,加入植物油。
- 步驟三加入過篩的小蘇打、中筋麵粉。
- 步驟四加入胡蘿蔔碎和核桃仁攪拌均勻。
- 步驟五放入烤箱180度烤35分鐘。
