菠菜烘蛋

食材
2人份
- 雞蛋3 顆
- 牛奶150 ml
- 菠菜40 g
調味料
- 鹽 少許
- 橄欖油5 ml
- 蒜頭5 g
作法
烹調時間 50 分鐘
- 步驟一將菠菜切碎、蒜頭切末。
- 步驟二熱鍋下油、蒜頭爆香,炒熟菠菜(加鹽巴調味)。
- 步驟三將雞蛋、牛奶、炒熟的菠菜混合均勻。
- 步驟四放入預熱好150度烤箱烤40分鐘,即可完成。
