- 帶骨雞腿(5支)700 g
- 洋蔥150 g
- 紅蘿蔔200 g
- 西洋芹150 g
- 鴻喜菇100 g
- 番茄碎罐頭400 ml
調味料
- 蒜仁30 g
- 迷迭香5 g
- 月桂葉5 g
- 橄欖油10 ml
- 白酒100 ml
- 鹽3 g
作法
烹調時間 40 分鐘
- 步驟一蔬菜洗淨,洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、西洋芹切塊
- 步驟二冷鍋倒入橄欖油加熱,放入雞腿乾煎上色後取出備用
- 步驟三先將蒜仁與鴻喜菇放入鍋中炒香
- 步驟四加入紅蘿蔔、西洋芹、洋蔥拌炒
- 步驟五倒入白酒、迷迭香、月桂葉,炒出香氣
- 步驟六倒入番茄泥與鋪上雞腿,悶煮30分鐘
- 步驟七以適量的鹽調味,擺盤後即可端上桌
